Onyx Property Care is the parent business. Beneath it sit two specialist crews — one for residential work, one for commercial sites. Each has its own scope, its own people and its own way of working, because a bond clean and a shopping centre program are not the same job.
What they share is the standard: fixed schedules, the same faces turning up, work documented on completion, and one number to call when something needs sorting.
Onyx was founded after eleven years in hospitality, where the standard of property services was consistently disappointing. The group exists for that reason — do the work properly, and be straight about it.
How we operate.
- Show up. Scheduled visits happen on the day they're booked.
- Document. Completion photos and a short summary on the jobs that warrant it.
- Specialise. Residential and commercial crews — never a generalist on the wrong job.
- Be straight. If the work isn't worth doing, we'll say so before you book.
