- Most sites take 20–30 minutes on the ground. Larger or multi-tenant buildings can run to an hour. We work around your schedule — early mornings and after-hours are fine.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. The walkthrough is free, no obligation, and there's no call-out fee. You get a written quote whether you book us or not.
- When will I get the quote?
- Same day for standard scopes, within 48 hours for larger or multi-site jobs. Fixed price, in writing, itemised by line.
- Who shows up?
- A senior member of the Onyx team — not a sales rep. The person who scopes the job is the person who runs it.
- Do you service my area?
- Yes — Geelong, the Surf Coast and the Bellarine Peninsula. Outside that radius? Ask anyway, we travel for the right job.
